Jules’ Diner – Garlic Bread

This is by no means trendy, gourmet-style garlic bread.  In fact, this recipe came off of a label.  I’ve found some of the yummiest recipes are on product labels.  This is very easy and flavorful.  Honestly…I could eat a whole loaf of this stuff.  A favorite meal is homemade meatballs in homemade marinara, with a salad and this garlic bread.

In fact, I think I’ll make that meal tonight!

1/4 c Italian dressing
1/4 c butter
1/4 c Grated Parmesan
1 loaf Italian bread

•  Warm first 3 ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat till butter is melted.

•  Slice the bread into thick slices and place on a cookie sheet.

•  Spread a tablespoon of the topping on each slice of bread and place under the broiler till golden brown.

•  Eat the whole loaf!
