Sometimes you just want a little something sweet. Not an entire dessert, just a bite will do.
I put this little treat together to fill that sort of craving. No cooking required and just enough to satisfy.
1 low-carb, whole grain cracker of your choice
2 tsp whipped cream cheese
2 tsp strawberry all-fruit spread or sugar-free strawberry jam
Spread a dab of whipped cream cheese on the cracker, top with a dab of jam and pop it in your mouth!
